Estimates

Any estimate we give based on photos, a phone call or a description is a preliminary, non-binding estimate. Hidden damage is often only found once a vehicle is inspected or taken apart. A final price is only agreed after we have inspected the vehicle in person, and any additional work is discussed with you before it is done.

Insurance claims

We are happy to work with your insurance company, but the decision on what your insurer covers is theirs. You remain responsible for any amount your insurer does not pay, such as your deductible.
